What did you eat today? 8/07

B: 3pcs bacon, 10 fried potato slices
S: 2pcs colby cheese
L: bologna, colby, mayo and tomato on 2pcs ww bread, 15 pringles, 1 orange
S: 1/2 order nachos and cheese, 1 dove ice cream bar
D: 2-3c homemade chicken soup with the fat skimmed off

Exercise: none

Gained 1.75 pounds at TOPS tonight but I have been drinking liquid like crazy cuz it is so dang humid but at least better than Monday and Tuesday. Those were killer days with heat indexes of 105-115. I also haven't been eating right or exercising due to the heat. I know lame ass excuses but they're the best I got right now besides I would never admit to being lazy...lol

You're not lazee, you're just conserving your energy and your bodily fluid during the heat wave.  It's all very scientific don'tcha know? ROTFL

Killer headache again.

B:  protein shake

S:  1 wedge light laughing cow cheese

L:  3 oz. baked chicken; 1 cutie tangerine

S:  1 cutie tangerine

D:  Didn't feel like eating; stopped for a small Icee after walking the budz @ the park.

B: Soth Bch frozen entree/chicken, beans, rice

S:1 oz dark choc peanut M&M's

L: Few bites of tuna salad (couldn't get into it)

S: FF plain yogurt w/red grapes

D: SB frozen pep/pizza (good stuff)

S: 1 oz cashew pieces, 1 FF fudge pop

Enjoy LIFE! we only have one (won!)

B: egg subs, with two veggie sausages

L: split pea soup

D: half a plate of multi grain blueberry pancakes from ihop and side order of scrambled eggs

L.  1 whole egg w/2 eggwhites and 2 pieces of provolone

D. grabbed tomato, peppers & zucchini from the garden - threw in some vidalia onion and slow cooked it in a pan with basil, garlic and oregano - topped with asiago & romano.  Broiled ribeye steak.

S.  a piece of turkey w/1 slice of provolone rolled up

exercise:  45 minutes eliptical, 1 hour working legs, 1 hour treadmill
