B: two small oranges and soy latte

L: 2 eze bread with tons of veggies (other wise veggie sandwich!), with apple cider vinegar

S: pistachios

D: veggie sushi (no rice), salad, and some kind of meat?!?! lol I get so sick of meat! I want fish.hmm...no meat..and FISH!

Um.... big breakfast
1 hamburger patty w/an egg on it, a slice of cheese and 2 strips of bacon
2 sausage links


No lunch (breakfast was MORE than sufficient)


Dinner:
2 small chicken thighs w/green peppers

Exercise:  40 minutes on the treadmill at the gym.. skipped training

Just got back from walking the budz @ the park.  Might have some coffee later.

Took my granddaughter shopping all day today for her birthday...tradition with us and out to lunch at Red Lobster (her choice).

B:  1 serving hot oat bran with cinnamon, splenda and SF raspberry jam
      1 egg, 3 whites scrambled
S:  WW string cheese
L:  broiled tilapia (I'd say 3-4oz...lunch size portion)
      steamed broccoli
      salad with cucumber, red onion, O&V dressing
S:  Slim Fast low carb shake
D:  seafood salad (crab and shrimp 2 oz)
      4oz pork tenderloin leftovers
      1 cup sliced cucumbers in ACV

Hi Holly!

Yesterday was a great food/move day!

1 hour wog - and I mean a fast one.  I did 12 push ups on a park bench, then 12 tricep things

1 cappacino hi pro drink + 1 small plum

1/2 c germanic yogurt (full fat) + 1 peach + 1/3 c granola

1 tamari brown ricecake + 2 tsp pb

1 c hi pro soup

Supper: eggplant parm + 1/2 c pasta w/olive oil + 1 large piece bread&butter, olives

1.5 c nf milk before bed
