Nobody's done this yet?  Where is everyone?  I'll probably post it and see someone else is doing the same thing at the same time.

B:  1 cup oat bran (hot) with cinnamon, Splenda, SF jam
      2 slices turkey bacon
S:  3 oz turkey rolled up with 2 slices RF Colby Jack
L:  salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes
     4 oz. grilled chicken breast
      O&V dressing
S:  2 WW string cheese
D:  6oz pork tenderloin
      1 cup steamed broccoli
      1 cup summer squash

B: 1c red grapes
S: snack bag munchies chips, 32 oz lemonade
L: big mac, fries, diet dr pepper
D: 1c broccoli cheddar soup
S: 6 bbq meatballs

Got really nauseaus (sp?) after lunch and threw up so not sure how much counted there. Starving right now and not sure what to eat. We'll see.

HI Sherrie! I just got back from the Doobies Bros concert - a one nighter.

I did well with food/booze, btw last night.  Danced for 4 hours straight!

Today:

1 hi pro cappacino + 2/3 banana + few all bran crackers

L:  buffet = 2-3 chicken nuggets w/ sweet sour sauce + 1 eggroll + thin slice pizza + 1/4 c hunan beef + 1/4 c fried rice + 1 c green beans + 1 small piece cheesecake + 1 small piece ginger cake

45 minute wog!!!!

Supper:  1/2 c cantalope + 1 pluot + cukes + turkey breast + tomatoes with mayo + 1 slice ezeke bread

I had a f/up appt w/my PS today.  Still no exercise yet...gggrrrr!

Exercise:  None

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  None - @ dr appt.

L:  3 oz. baked chicken; Salad - lettuce; 1 oz. rf bleu cheese crumbles; 5 croutons; 1 TBSP balsamic vinaigrette dressing

S:  1 cutie orange

D:  4 pitettes; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese; 1 chocolate rice cake

Long walk with the budz this evening.

I just got in and unpacked, but I can still remember!

2 mini omelets w/cheese
2 pieces of canadian bacon

1 hamburger patty w/cheese
2 eggs

a few macadamia nuts

No exercise... just driiiiiiiiiiiiiiving

B- yoplait thick and creamy light yogurt
L-Subway 6 in black forest ham
S-sugar free pudding
D-rotisseire chicken and a biscuit with honey mustard

Did 30 minutes on the eliptical burning just over 300 calories.  God I have to quit smoking!!!
