B: 2 chocolate striped shortbread cookies, 4oz fruit punch
L: 2 bananas
D: 3oz grilled bbq chicken, 4-5oz grilled bbq ribs, 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
S: about 4-5 brownies throughout the day. I wish like Hell my daughter would quit making them because I can't quit eating them! UGH!!!
S: candy (120), chips (about 6-7)

Not a very balanced or nutritious day at all.

B: 2 hard boiled eggs

S: 15 red grapes

L: 3oz steak, 5 olives

S: 1 oz dark chocolate peanut M&M's

D: Sirlion meat balls over lettuce w/ LF cheddar cheese and salsa

S: 1 oz cashews

I will be going to the doctor's on Thursday and will be weighed for the first time in 18 days!

Well I guess I'm feeling back to normal 'cuz the days of not feeling like eating are over.

Exercise:  None

I didn't really eat any meals, just grazed all day.  Here's the damage:

toasted whole wheat english muffin w/1 TBSP peanut butter
1 banana
1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn
10 baked Ruffles chips
1 small Heath blizzard
4 pitettes w/4 small slices of american cheese
1 sf banana popsicle

Med Turkey ranch and swiss Quizno's sub (13), 2 reduced fat oreo cookies (2), 1 nachos supreme minus beans (8.5), 2 tacos (8), 1 order cinnamon twists

Total points: 35
Total daily allowed: 29  (ate 6 flexpoints)

Exercise: None so far

some chicken wings and a hamburger patty w/broccoli

filet (medium  rare) and zucchini, eggplant mix

BAND..   so there was stoli's involved.  about 2 doubles  tee hee

Exercise:  Um.. 30 minutes of cardio in the hotel  and DANCING to Robert Zimmerman...et al

Posting this a day late, but ended up taking my mom to the hospital at 2AM Sunday morning, so yesterday was a mess.  I managed to stick to plan, but only got in 4 meals instead of 6.  (Mom is doing okay and probably will come home today....Monday)

7:30AM  WW string cheese and Slim Fast low carb shake that I threw in my purse on the way out the door to the hospital
12 Noon  1 egg and 3 white omelet with shredded cheddar
                   3 slices turkey bacon  (I was starving)
Slept from noon to 2:30
3:00  1/2 cup broccoli slaw
           4 oz chicken breast (ate on way to hospital)
7:00  out to eat with SO at Outback
          5-6oz. broiled salmon
          1 cup steamed broccoli
           salad with lettuce and cucumbers only (O&V dressing)
