B: protein shake
S: 4 pitettes (cracker-sized pita); 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
L: 1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn
S: None (slept through it)
D: 1 piece of thin crust margherita pizza
Will probably have a sf popsicle or coffee after I walk the budz.

2 slices turkey bacon
1 Tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
S: 4 oz turkey breast roll ups with 1 slice RF colby cheese
L: 1 cup broccoli slaw with O&V dressing
3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese with cinnamon, almond extract, splenda
S: Slim Fast low carb shake
D: (ate out)...Greek chicken salad with romaine, cucumbers, grilled breast of chicken and greek dressing (no pita)...yummy!
S: may finish off the broccoli slaw and cottage cheese later

I'll probably have popcorn later.
Exercise: Walked 40 minutes (2 miles at 3 mph), Will do 30 minutes of strength training later in the evening

Crazy day traveling with hubby.

L: Applebees: Fiesta lime chicken 3oz grilled chicken breast w/ cheese, 1/4 c spanish rice, 4 very small boneless "hot wings", 1/2 key lime pie shooter, about 10 french fries, 1 oz BBQ riblets
S: 2 meat sticks...awesome, not greasy at all...I HATE greasy, fatty meat sticks
S: filet o' fish, vanilla cone
D: small wendy's chili, sour cream and chive baked potato
S: Drive in: Mike and Ike, caramel bugles
I ate myself sick (literally) at the end of the night. I ended up throwing up quite a bit just to feel better. Those dinner items in addition to the drive in snacks were wayyyyy too much for my stomach to handle in a short time (about 1.5 - 2 hours) in addition to a quart of water. So I guess I don't know how much of all that really counts. Won't be doing that again, That's for sure.
I was on the road from about 6:00am until 5:00pm
8:00 am stopped and had 2 over easy eggs and a small piece of meat
Stopped a few times on the way and had 2 slim jims and the inside of an Arby's beef and cheddar (pretty disgusting)
went to Outback around 8. 3 chicken wings, filet mignon and broccoli
