I'm sorry I have been MIA - I took off work and have been really busy.


B: Sausage/Egg/Cheese on English muffin (440)
L: Mozzarella/Tomato sandwich (340)
S: Yogurt w/granola (320)
D: Not sure yet but I won't exceed 500

Total: 1600 max


I went to the nutritionist and she said that to maintain my weight, I'd have to eat 2300 calories a day.  So eating anything under that should be good.  The reason why I'm not losing is because I'm not moving.  So... I'm getting my ass on the treadmill starting tonight.

B: none
L: 2c green beans, 8 corn nuggets, 2 salisbury steaks, 1/2c mashed potatoes, 1/4c gravy, 10 little smokies in BBQ sauce, 3 glasses unsweetened tea
S: 2pc candy
D: 1/2 chicken breast, 1.5c spaghetti, 1/2c sauce, parmesan/romano cheese
S: vanilla fudge drumstick
S: cheddar potato chips

Exercise: 1.5hrs swimming for exercise and fun...I kept moving anyway.

Exercise: Walked 2 miles so far at 4 mph. I'm going to try to walk 2 more miles later.

Oh yea, Janina... if you're up to getting back to it...   get ON it, baby!


This morning I made an omelet with a couple of ounces of ground sausage, a mexican blend cheese, 2 whole eggs and 3 egg whites.

B.  1/3 of the above omelet  (the rest for Jon)

L.  He left about 1/3 of his portion so I had that for lunch

S.  I got hungry mid afternoon... mm.. curious.   I threw a couple of stea**** in a pan with a little cheese on it

D.  I grabbed some yellow squash, zucchini & tomato from the garden.  Cooked that in a covered pan with some ground beef, vidalia onion, oregano, garlic.  Topped with romano.  Nothing to write home about but it was alright for what it was.


Exercise:  an hour of cardio and an hour of weights.  Didn't make my second trip to the gym today.  I did a few loads of laundry.. screwed around all day.. lay in the sun a bit.  OH.. I packed cause I want to be on the road really early..... 10 hours makes for a long day on the road.

Yeah! You can dew it. That was my recommendation for you.  You are not eating too little, not too much, so that has to be one area to check out.

My day:

45 minute wog

1 egg cream

1 small protein bar

L:  1 c hi pro soup ! 1.5 svgs hi pro pretzels + 4-5 banana peppers

Snack:  3 squares dark chocolate 60%

1 ostrich stick

Gin, diet tonic to my satisfaction...o.m.g work sucked so hard this whole week. Ever heard of cluster sex...well that's what it was like. yeah, i know I am using alcohol to solve my prblems. don't start on me.

Supper: talapia, pan fried, some starch, lotsa veggies

B:  1 egg, 3 white omelet with 1.5 oz ground beef and sprinkle of shredded cheddar
S:  Slim Fast low carb shake
L:  4 oz chicken breast over salad with romaine, cucumbers and radishes
      oil&vinegar dressing
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with splenda, almond extract and cinnamon
      HB egg
D:  6 oz. strip steak
      sauteed mushrooms
      broccoli slaw with oil N vinegar
S:  WW string cheese

D:  1 cup corn chowder; 1 chocolate rice cake

oooooh, I want corn chowder.  I actually don't think I've ever had it before!

Janina--It sucks doesn't it.  Lol, I'm with ya...I hate it.  I'm gonna be joining you and try my damnedest to get into a regular schedule exercising.  That's the hardest part for me, getting off my fat butt and moving!

 B: egg subs, three pieces turkey bacon

L:  mocha freeze

D:  chicken breast and large salad

S:  I had the munchies bad tonight.  Ended up eating probably about 3/4 c. rice and a little more chicken, fudgesicle with dab of pb, and then a piece of string cheese!!  Finally I got out the water because I was still wanting to munch!!! ackkkkkkkkkk

Hubby and I own (or does it own us?) an appliance store in North Seattle. It's just the two of us, except for a helper once or twice a week. (that sets the stage)

Yesterday was not a gym day

Breakfast: Super food whey protein shake with extra unflavored whey protein and fruit powder, tablespoon of olive oil for fat burning power, followed by a huge mug of green tea and lots of water.

Snack: High protein bar

Green tea and water

Lunch: Second shake of the day, this time with green vegetable powder. Lots and lots and lots of water.

Dinner: Chicken tenderloins cooked in the table top turbo oven (hot air and heat only, no oil) seasoned with Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute. Briefly steamed green beans topped with coconut oil (again, for fat busting and for the awesome omegas - AND flavor!!!). Black lentils mixed with some Trader Joe's tomato-less corn salsa for oomph! DELICIOUS.

During the day I must have dollied up and moved 5 stoves, 6 or 7 washer/dryers, and three refrigerators. At the end of the day, I did feel as if I'd done some gym work!
