B: 1 banana
S: 1/2 banana
L: 2c salad with cheese, few bacon bits, 1 cherry tomato, 2tsp french dressing
D: 1.5c broccoli alfredo noodles
S: 3 Count 'em 3...2x2 turle brownies....heaven!!!

Exercise: walking on the bus lot...about 1/4 mile

Today's been a weird eating day.

B: Nothing

L: double cheeseburger at MdD's and sf ice coffee

S:  string cheese, with little bit of hummus, and v8 juice.

D:  my sons girlfriend is bringing over pizza...arggh.  She never eats with us and is excited about a new job of hers.  I'm Thinking about going out and buying me my own salad.  Trying to figure out if that would be rude to her.  She is "treating us".

Holly....make a salad for yourself and have one piece of pizza with it!

B:  1 egg, 3 white omelet with mushrooms and shredded cheddar
      1 Tbsp reduced sugar ketchup
S:  Slim Fast Low Carb shake
L:  4 oz. chicken breast
      1 cup steamed broccoli
      cucumber slices
S:  3 oz. turkey roll ups with reduced fat Colby Jack
D:  1.5 hard boiled egg and 3 oz. tuna mixed with 1 T mayo
      sliced cucumbers
      celery
S:  1/2 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon, Splenda and almond extract

Think I'm going to do just that.  Just hate starting to even eat pizza...it's a weakness of mine.  Just seems rude though since she never does this, so one piece it is. :)

S:  None

L:  3 oz. baked chicken

S:  a bite of a few various cupcakes - red velvet, turtle, old fashioned diner, italian cream - all together equaled 1 cupcake

D:  1 bag 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn
