B: 1 sausage patty, 1/3c cantaloupe
L: none
S: 2c salad (lettuce, bacon bits, cheese, tomato, balsamic vinagrette)
D: 1c shrimp stir fry
S: lg order french fries from hardee's, mac 'n cheese crackers (3 serv, 450 cal), 10pcs hard candy (230 cal)

Also, had a 32oz sprite a friend bought for me.

Exercise: 1/4 mile walking

S:  slim fast low carb shake
L:  taco salad (without the shell)...romaine, cucumbers, lean ground beef and sprinkle of shredded cheddar
S:  3 oz. turkey breast rolled up with 2 slices RF colby jack
D:  tuna and HB egg mixed with mayo and rolled up in lettuce leaves
S:  cottage cheese with splenda, almond extract and cinnamon

L:Enchalada..Going to guess about 500 not sure!
1/3 cup frosted mini wheats 48 calories
D: Teryaki boneless chicken wings, mashed potatoes and cream corn 380

I had some milk to drink today..80 Calories


1008 Calories..more then usual

Exercise did a 10min arm workout
Walked a mile

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  1 piece beef jerky

L:  3 pieces beef jerky

S:  3 oz. baked chicken

D:  Haven't had it yet - probably an iced coffee

Didn't eat well today; really need some veggies but too tired to think about cooking.  Headed to park to walk my budz.

Beth, izit me or are you like eating almost nuttin lately?  Just don't snap and freakin eat like a horse on eof these days.

1 hour wog before work

1 egg + 2 pieces bacon + 1/2 c nf milk

1 c broccoli + 2 tsp pb + 12 oz tomato juice

1 small protein bar

1 ostrich stick

L:  1 bag hi pro pretzels + large diet coke - late lunch, too.

Supper: leftover enchiladas, refried beans, large salad. All right portions.

Just been training to drive the bus and it's been so hot and humid that it is zapping my appetite in a BIG way. It'll change but right now, it's just too dman miserable to eat.

Yea.. manage to spike my bs


1 hour at the gym.. was going to go back but my car was dead so I was stuck in the house eating

As a matter of fact, I might as well just take myself to hell and have that icecream I saw in the freezer..... maybe with whipped cream and marachino cherries.... ooh.. and chocolate syrup
