Abstinence - 110th day

Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup spoon size shredded wheat
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
1 Tofurky sandwich with veggie cheese and Vegenaise with whole wheat bread
1 peach
1 cup plain soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
1 cup lentil vegetable soup
2 cups water

Dinner
1-1/2 cups Mom's Spaghetti Supreme sauce
1 cup whole grain angel hair pasta
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1/2 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
1 Slim A Bear no sugar, low fat ice cream bar

Hey Kittie, your days are lookin' good! :)  Just checkin and seeing how it's going since you've cut down on your soup.

compulsive overeating .

When I went to OA, my sponser wanted me to stick to 3 planned clean meals per day with no snack, no nothing inbetween.  What sucked is if you lost your abstainance, you had to start from day one again - even if you had years.

Kitties is doing great - as you can see, she has 110 days of eating everything only 3x's per day.
