B: 1 glazed donut
L: 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, 10 baby carrots, 1/4c raisins
S: 15 jelly belly jelly beans
D: 1/2c philly steak & cheese on english muffin
S: 2c frosted mini wheats (no milk)

Exercise: 1/4 mile walking...110 degree heat index with SEVERE humidity!!!UGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Ouch, reading about your weather just made me stop breathing for a second...ewww....I feel for ya. Dh decided to give me the flu so I feel miserable today. I almost passed out in the kitchen earlier, not sure what that was about. So I'm keeping it low most of the day now. So I'm craving soup, only thing that sounds good..but it's got to be good soup...and preferably SB legal! So I sent the teenagers to the store to buy me some soup and orange juice (only time i drink the stuff is when I'm sick). They had a hell of a time finding something for me to eat without potatoes, rice, and noodles. It was quite funny actually, they must of stood in that isle for a good half an hour. I HATE the progresso soup that is legal so that one is out of the question. Finally my son told me that I would have to pick out the potatoes.lol I said fine on the phone, and they came home. Come to find out not only is there potatoes, but it also consists of carrots, peas, and corn!! argghh So there goes my soup idea. Of course I ate it after they spent that much time in the store for me. They need to invent a chicken noodle soup without the noodles!! Add some celery, maybe some spinach, and leeks possibly, or bok choy.. lol I'm craving some good soup sooo bad. Anyone have a "name" of a soup that fits SB friendly terms beside tomato!

and a TON of water, I swear I could probably float right now

sorry you're feeling poorly, Holly....if I was there I'd make you some homemade chicken soup...my whole family looks forward to flu season!   LOL

B:  1 egg and 3 whites mushroom omelet with sprinkle shredded cheddar
S:  3oz. deli turkey roll ups with 1 slice reduced fat colby jack cheese
L:  huge salad with romaine lettuce, 4 oz grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, radishes, O&V dressing
S:  vanilla protein shake with splenda and cinnamon
D:  4 oz grilled steak with mushrooms
      1 cup steamed broccoli
      1 cup sliced cucumbers (keep them sliced in a cider vinegar and water mixture)
S:  6 oz cottage cheese mixed with cinnamon and Splenda

Hello!!! I know what you are talking about Beth. I won't get out during the day..I have to get out either early in the morning or later on at night when the sun is going down. Which is what i am going to probably do tonight. Honestly..dont even feel like getitng out at all..its so hot!! But i have to do something!!!

L:piece of fish and mac and cheese going to guess about 240
S: Yogurt 100
D: Chicken roll ups..piece of chicken..in a wheat tortilla with cheese and lettuce and a dab of ranch and some chips.... 500 calories

Breakfast - half a bagel w/ egg & cheese

Snack - Banana

Lunch - Healthy Choice Steamer thingy (it was VERY GOOD)

Snack - rice crispy treat (BAD BAD BAD)

Dinner - Half a club sandwich

I drank about 90z of water.........not tooo too bad I guess

My exercise was bowling from 7-9...we bowl on a league every Tuesday night and bowling non-stop for 2 hours actually works up a sweat!!

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana

S:  1 oz. cabot cheese; 1/4 cup fresh pineapple

L:  3 oz. baked chicken; salad - lettuce, rf bleu cheese crumbles; 4 croutons; 1 TBSP vinaigrette

S:  1 piece beef jerky

D:  1 sf popsicle

My day:

one hour wog before work

1 green tea + 1.5 scoop pink lemonade hi pro drink + 1 tsbp psyllium

1 small protein bar

1 ostrim stick

L:  1 c hi pro soup + 1/2 serving hi pro pretzels + 1/4 c berries + 1/2 pluot

Snack: 1 hi pro cookie  EDIT:  3 squares dark chocolate

Supper: 1 grilled chicken on 1 slice whole grain bread w/mayo/cabbage + 1 svg oven fries + corn/jalapeno/onion stir fry

After the GS ball games:  1/2 c enchilada + few blue chips + salsa

I ate....everything and anything (well.. except carbs).. I over ate and if I had to list it all, I don't think I could.

It started with a really crappy workout.  My thighs felt too weak.  I could barely do 15 minutes on the treadmill.. couldn't get my heart rate up.  Got off 5 minutes on the eliptical before my thighs were absolutely screaming....  another 15 on the treadmill and although I was supposed to have Andrew at 9:00.... I just walked out and started EATING!  I had the F*CK THIS attitude.

So yesterday was a complete bust.

I got on the scale this morning and was back up to 218 - figures...... took the lasix and now (1:00pm) I'm back down to 212 and change.  I must have eaten a bunch of salty stuff.

Exercise, I carry my fat butt around all day! that should be good for something!
