I love it mixed with a little bit of almond extract, cinnamon and Splenda.....just measure to taste!
Puree some fresh fruit and add it. I do that for my daughter, or just mix in a little of her baby food fruit. YUM! Mommy licks the spoon all the time. Oh, I take that back, her yogert is plain full fat- But I'm sure it would be good with nofat or light plain too.

I much prefer Greek style non fat yogurt - yummers with olives & salsa and blue tortilla chips.
Have you made tsaki sauce (may be seriously misspelled), basically Greek non fat yogurt, diced drained cucumbers, small bit of onion, diced drained tomatoes, garlic? Put on grilled pieces of beef or lamb (which I hate), if diet plan permits, on a half pita bread!
