Thought that I'd start todays! So far..
B:water and pill..an hour later a yogurt 100 calories
L:leftovers..enchalada from lastnight..and water
D: don't know yet..update later
Exercise so far..
10 min arm workout
20min ab/leg workout..turbo jam baby!!
I still plan on going and walking a mile later on tonight when it cools off!
well didn't get to go and walk a mile..looked at the clock and it was 8 so it was to late..so instead i got outside and mowed the back yard and sweated more then I would have if i went and walked a mile!! Had to make up for it somehow!

1 egg cream (1 c nf milk + 1 egg + 1 tbsp coco pdr + 2 pkts splenda + 1 tsp cinnamon)
1 small hi protein bar
L: 1 c hi pro soup + wasabi hi pro pretzels
S: ostrich stick
Supper: grilled pork chops + 2 c salad

S: 1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese
L: 4 oz grilled chicken over chopped romaine, cucumber slices and sliced radishes with EVOO and cider vinegar dressing
S: Low Carb Slim Fast shake
D: 6 oz salmon grilled
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup steamed asparagus
small salad with romaine, cucumbers and O&V dressing
S: HB egg if I'm hungry later

L: Lunch at Sweet Tomatoes - salad - lettuce, bleu cheese crumbles, squash, cauliflower, croutons, 1 TBSP vinaigrette dressing; 1 bite of veggie soup (gross); 1 very small piece focaccia bread; 1 small bowl of vanilla frozen yogurt
S: None
D: Plan to have an iced coffee and 3 oz. baked chicken breast

I overate today and had some bad, bad whole eggs again ::looking down:: LOL
2 whole eggs w/2 egg whites, sprinkled with cheddar done in olive oil
a WHOLE package of shaved turkey (245 calories)
About 2 cups of chicken and broccoli done in diced tomatoes with garlic. (with all the garlic I eat, there are NO vampires anywhere around here)! (Of course, there are no men either!)
