I use Thedaily plate.com  but sometimes have had to try entering a food in a couple different ways for it to show up. i.e., brand name first or last or less info and then search in the list. I've been using it since May and only have had to add 2 items to it that would not show up no matter how I put them in. Paulette

I use fit day but I heard the daily plate was pretty good.  In fit day, I end up entering the information - and since most of the stuff are things I use over and over, they are always on my custom food list -

So far.. so good  :)

I use fitday and its sister site, dietfacts.com.  You have to kep fitday open, then go to dietfacts and find thousands of store and restaurant foods.

It is hard to learn exactly the terms used!  In fitday, i resorted to going to the broad catagories, like meats, then to beef, then finding certain dishes.
