Breakfast
4 small buckwheat pancakes with margarine & sugar-free maple syrup
3/4 cup grapefruit juice
1 cup soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
2 veggie sausage patties
2 cups water

Lunch
1 cup cornmeal mush (made by my husband - his specialty)
1 cup soy milk

Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & soy milk
1/2 can light fruit ****tail, drained
1 cup New England clam chowder
1-1/2 cups soy milk
2 chocolate graham crackers (not chocolate covered, just chocolate flavored)
