What did you eat today? 7/27
B. Well.. I made eggs but I dropped them and was too pissed off at myself to make more... so no breakfast.. LOL
L. I was still too pissed off from dropping the breakfast eggs.. so I just lay out in the sun with some Crosby Stills Nash & Young and just chilled from like 10:30 - about 2:00pm.
D. Ok.. I was hungry!! Sausage, peppers and onions done in garlic, oregano, basil and olive oil and topped with a mix of asiago, parmesan and romano (had 1 sausage link and a serving spoon of the peppers and onions).
Exercise: I took yesterday off so I was hoping to get a good one in. It's Sunday though, and Jon wanted to come to the gym. So I ended up doing a 30 minute warm up, and tried to work him out while keeping my own heart rate up - then after an hour of that nonsense, I got back to cardio, but after 20 minutes Jon quit and I felt guilty. I was like.. ONE more minute.. ONE more minute.. ONE more minute. I hate to be selfish here, but next time we're taking 2 seperate cars! LOL

Exercise: None (for 2 weeks)
B: 2 bites leftover filet mignon; 2 bites leftover scalloped potatoes; 2 spears of asparagus
S: None
L: "European breakfast" @ my german friend's house - 1 small piece of brie; 1 small slice swiss cheese; 1 small piece of baguette; 6 grapes; 3 pieces pineapple; a few bites of salad made with watermelon, cucumbers and feta cheese
S: None - slept through it
D: a few sips of an icee
Back to work tomorrow. I hope you all had a nice weekend.
I figure I had about one pbj too many yesterday! But, an otherwise good day all around, mentally, physically:
2 eggs + 2 pieces bacon + 1 c nf milk
1 hour bike ride, then the smoke started to roll in. So, I was kicking myself for not getting up and at biking lots ealier when the smoke was clear. DD called me to go to the lake - SOOOOO glad i did...wnet snorkeling with GS, swimming, chilling in the sun at the lake. Perfectly clear out there.
Before i left: pork, grilled, with some cheese and my salsa i was testing out
At the lake:
4-5 wasa crackers + garlic cream cheese swirl stuff + turkey. Diet cokes. 1/4 pbj...then an hour later, a whole one I was getting too hungry!
Supper: one lite beer + 2 c enchiladas (beef/cheese), lots of salad with russian dressing. Some blue tortilla chips with my awesome salsa
the better part of one chocolate bar! Worth every damn bite - from harry & David's, creamy, real chocolate.
