1 cup hazelnut coffee

Lunch
Honey mustard chicken
2 slices yam
Mixed vegetables
Pear cubes
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
2 large whole wheat flat breads
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup leftover Quinoa Chowder, with salsa & tomato sauce added (was too bland last time I served it, and my husband didn't like it)
1 cup whole grain rotini pasta
17 grapes
1/2 can vegetable soup or chili
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Popcorn
1/2 Hershey Almond Bar
