What did you eat today? 7/26
B: 2 sausage patties, 3 lg strawberries, 1c cantaloupe
S: 1/2oz nuts
L: 1/2c cottage cheese, 1 serv garlic parmesan croutons, 1 med tomato, 1oz vanilla bean almonds, 1pc banana, cantaloupe, strawberry and 2 blueberries from my daughters fruit salad
D: sm order french fries w/ 2tbsp cheese, 16oz fruit concrete
S: Went to the drive in so had movie snacks: 3 cheese crackers, 10 pringles, 2 milk duds, 3 good and plenty, 1 snack size skittles, snack size cheez-its, lg box jujy fruits
All the drive in snacks are making me VERY sick to my stomach so I'm really not sure if it will stay down so I don't know how much of it will really end up counting in the end. I'm holding off on my night time pills because I don't want them coming back up as well.
Exercise: to and from my mom's (about 4 blocks total)

Thanks for posting. I hope your strawberries were as good as the ones I've had lately - 2DIE4!
Exercise: None (can't for at least 2 weeks)
B: 5 Carr's crackers; 1/4 cup jalapeno pimento cheese
S: None - slept through it
L: 1 piece of beef jerky; 2 chocolate rice cakes
S: None - slept through it
D: Planning to have dinner w/a friend at Pappas Steakhouse - I will order my usual - the 6 oz. filet mignon (very well done), scalloped potatoes and a big hunk of fabulous bread but I'm not really hungry since my surgery so who knows what I'll end up eating?!
Edit: back from dinner - I guess I was hungry - 3 oz. filet mignon; 1 hunk of bread; 1/2 lettuce wedge salad w/bleu cheese dressing; 1 spoonful of potatoes; 2 spears of asparagus; 1 red velvet cupcake; lots of water; 1 cup of coffee; 1 sore crotch ;-)
