Well, on Fridays my flex points start over for the week and I usually eat them all up over the weekend so today is a bigger day than normal.

Chicken fajitas (12) chips (9) cheese dip (6) small cherry artic rush from DQ (5) and for dinner I will probably have a bratwurst (venison) (5) cucumber/onion salad (0) and baked beans (3)

Total: 40  (Ate 11 of my flex)

I'm going to try to fit some swimming in later - It's HOT!

L: half of a bologna sandwich 140 and some chips 160
D: Don't know yet..My two boys are going with my mom..so me and the hubby are going out to dinner tonight.




As far as exercise..i am so sore from working out yesterday..That i havent done a thing yet  I am really ashamed! If nothing else tonight..i may have to do a 20 min workout to do something!!! I'd love to go swimming!!

Wow.. an apple fritter!  That sounds yumsters!  (guess I"m missin' fruit after a year of not having it).. lol

D.  holding out...  see if I can get away with getting through the night without another meal

100 oz water
4 cups of coffee w/splenda and heavy cream
1 bottle of snapple diet Iced T


an hour of cardio.. an hour of weights (back and lats today).  Chest is still sore from yesterday but BABY BABY MAKE IT HURT SO GOOD!

I didn't go back to the gym this evening.. didn't go out into the sun.. just hung out on the couch after the gym today.

B: 1/2 cheese and bacon omelet w/ extra cheese and bacon, 1/2c hashbrowns, 1pc wheat toast w/ 1tsp sugar free jelly, 16oz 2% milk
L: none
D: 1 veggie burger (Burger King) Honestly, I know they are trying here BUT what it the deal with the ketchup and mayo. You would think they would choose better options for these burgers as well as maybe a ww bun vs a white one. Next time, I will ask for no sauces.
S: med. side salad w/ cheese and honey mustard dressing

Exercise: none. I really need to get back on the ball with this.

Went to TOPS last night and lost 5.25# for the week. Can anyone say, "WATER WEIGHT"?

I'm recovering from surgery so my eating is weird...and I can't exercise for at least 2 weeks.

B:  a few sips of a protein shake

S:  4 Carr's crackers; 4 squares of cheese

L:  Salad - lettuce; 2 oz. turkey; a few crumbles of bleu cheese; 6 croutons; 1 TBSP balsamic vinaigrette dressing

D:  Small Dr. Pepper Icee - I wanted something cold!

Hi Sweets! (neen)

today:

early....1 c strawberries + 1/2 c cantalope (all dry)

1 scoop pink lemonade hi pro + 1 tbsp psyllium + 1/2 c grapefruit juice  water

Nuttin til lunch

L:  1 hi pro soup + 1/2 piece bread + 2 tsp pb + 3 banana peppers

Snack:  1 small hi pr bar

4 strong rums + diet coke.

S:  1 grilled steak + grilled beets + mushroom/onions

no m$%$#f^^%in exercise...smoke....but I am over it.
