B: 3oz sausage, 1c dry frosted mini wheats
L: 1/4c fruit ****tail, 1c ff refried beans w/ cheddar cheese, 2tsp sr crm, 2 tsp homemade HOT salsa, 1 chopped garden fresh tomato
D: 5-6oz turkey, 3pcs bacon, 2pcs cheese, 1/2 order french fries
Exercise: My oldest wants to go window shopping at pet smart so we may go just to get some walking in.

Had a busy morning today
B: took my pill and drank my water
L: Made a smoothie.. a cup of plain yogurt..a banana..a scoop of strawberry soy power..a dab of milk
D: Breaded fish and mac and cheese and some kind of veggie
Exercise: 40 mins of turbo jam..thats all so far...might do some walking..OR my 20 min ab workout..just depends

Hi I read your post about taking Adapex. I have taking metamorphin, the generic, for 3 months and have lost 30 pounds. I really love the little pill.
I also see you use protein powder. I just ready that adding a couple of scoops of whey to your diet would help you lose more weight especially in your belly. Do you have any suggestions on which ones taste the best. I bought some from Walmart and they are really chalky.

I go to the health foods store here in town..we dont have a GNC..but i get this soy stuff..spirutein.. and I have tried the strawberry and the vanilla..if you just mix it with milk and drink it..it kinda clumps up..but they don't taste bad...one that i really liked is one that i got from GNC..it was called lean shake..i got it in chocolate and you mixed it with water..and it tasted just like a chocolate shake..it was awesome!!! Wanted to lick the cup out afterward to get it all!! Hopefully that helps you out :)

On a positive note, I weighed in this morning and I lose 2.5 lbs this past week. So I officially crossed the 30 lb mark. I'm down 30.5 lbs.

Yesterday I was good! I did not get started on my WC (Wendy chant), but I hope to get all up in that after I understand it better.

L: and I will digress here a while, i am seriously wondering how I would have eaten WC in this situation. I guess slapped some salad on my plate, picked at it and eaten my real lunch in the car. But I ate: 1/2 c pasta salad with chicken + 1.5 c salad with dried tomatoes, feta, chicken.
S: shrimp and pasta, 1 c cherry toms + 3 small pieces bread no butter (there was plenty on the pasta)
