What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?

As some of you know, I had a thigh lift eleven weeks ago and wasn't on any kind of a diet for six weeks...I gained twelve pounds. Blushy 2 When I got back to Atkins, I lost six pounds and then stalled.  Today, I lost TWO pounds!!! Yeah Baby Oh yeah, I'm proud.  And if that other four pounds thinks it's hanging around, it's got another thing coming! Pissed

Hmmmm, something I can be proud of....well I worked out for two hours today since I'll be taking a break for a while.

Kim, did he say how long before you can start to exercise again?  I hate it when it's six weeks and everything turns to mush.  At least you don't have to depend on a husband to feed you.  Where do you think those twelve pounds came from? Cool

4-6 weeks or sooner, depending on how I feel.  I plan to MAKE myself feel like working out sooner than a month.  I cannot let myself turn to mush again...and then have surgery again in early September (who knows if that will happen).

Awww poor Robert, he's just trying to take care of his princess.

Well, it's like he says...he may be the King, but I'm the Ace!!!  And even though I had healthy food in the freezer, he still went and bought junk.

Woman...you can't MAKE yourself  feel like working out sooner! No No No I'm tellin' on ya!  What if you end up hurting something you're going to need later? Brows

Good point.   I can at least do some upper body stuff and some walking, no?

Walking is good, but I wouldn't do anything to get your blood pumping too fast for at least four weeks.  Just my humble opinion.

I finished my classroom portion of my bus driver training course. Monday  I start in the bus.

I also got around to doing my dishes I let sit for the last two days. YUCK!!!!

I've lost 2-3 pounds this week, too. Not sure exactly how much cuz the scale fluctuates so badly so tomorrow's TOPS weigh in will tell the tale.

Now I don't want to be all up in yo' business, but maybe it's time you taught someone else in that household to do dishes. Washing Dishes It's not exactly rocket science, yanno?

Today i am proud that I went to swim class.

My weight looks to be stable on my scale here at home.
