What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
As some of you know, I had a thigh lift eleven weeks ago and wasn't on any kind of a diet for six weeks...I gained twelve pounds. When I got back to Atkins, I lost six pounds and then stalled. Today, I lost TWO pounds!!! Oh yeah, I'm proud. And if that other four pounds thinks it's hanging around, it's got another thing coming!

4-6 weeks or sooner, depending on how I feel. I plan to MAKE myself feel like working out sooner than a month. I cannot let myself turn to mush again...and then have surgery again in early September (who knows if that will happen).

I finished my classroom portion of my bus driver training course. Monday I start in the bus.
I also got around to doing my dishes I let sit for the last two days. YUCK!!!!
I've lost 2-3 pounds this week, too. Not sure exactly how much cuz the scale fluctuates so badly so tomorrow's TOPS weigh in will tell the tale.
