Abstinence - 104th Day
Breakfast (which I ended up throwing up later)
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Toasted Oats cereal
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Wheatgrass supplement, plus 2 Geodon, plus 2 Wellbutrin
Alternate Breakast
1 large Slimfast bar (on the way to my husband's place of work, then I drove home)
Second breakfast
2 turkey sausage links
1 cheese omelet
1 potato wedge
Pear slices
1 sprouted wheat bun with margarine melted on it
1 cup soy milk
Lunch
1 cup leftover lentil soup
1 Tofurky & vegan cheese sandwich with Vegenaise on sprouted wheat bread
1 white peach
1 cup soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
2 cups water
Dinner
Leftover Quick Mexican Chili
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1/2 can vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Slim A Bear sugar-free, low fat ice cream bar

P.S.: On rare occasions, when I am stressed, I can end up vomiting up my breakfast right after I brush my teeth.
