What did you eat today? 07/23

Smoky out...pfffft, no walk. I have my swim suit in the car, if it is cleared any by 6:00, I will go do swim class.
1 small protein bar
2 stalks celery + 2 tsp pb
L: wasabi tuna wraps (raw tuna, veggies in lettuce leaf)
Supper: EDIT: holy hell...before the fat lady sang, she ate plenty! I can see now why...too little food all day.
I did go to swim class for one hour; worked hard got a headache (probably from smoke). Ate a 1/4 c granola before class.
Supper: stirfry with some oven crisp chicken nuggets& a little rice.
3/4 **** cream with choco sauce and nuts
1 choc bar
2 pieces toast with milk.
L half bologna sandwich.. 140 calories
S:Apple ?? don't know
D: Haven't ate yet..dont have a clue what i'm going to eat..nothing sounds good!!
Dinner...ate 2 bean burritos 740
930 calories
Walked for 30mins this morning.
went and mowed a yard in this awful heat haha... took an hour!
2 whole eggs w/3 egg whites and about a teaspoon of low carb ketchup.. eggs cooked in coconut oil
Dinner: 4 small chicken thighs (roasted w/garlic and herb seasoning) <-- leftovers Jon is away all week so I"m not doing much for fresh cooking.
Exercise:
1 hour treadmill @ 3.4 on incline between 10 and 15
30 minutes of eliptical
stripped my ass nekkid at home and went out to get some sun.... did some leg kicking in the pool... oh... 3 or 4 sets of 100 kicks
went back to the gym for another 40 minutes of eliptical
If I get hungry later.. I'm going to make myself a couple of eggs and eggwhites in coconut oil... I REFUSE TO EAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TONIGHT!

Exercise: 1 hr weight training w/trainer + 1 hr cardio - elliptical and treadmill
B: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
S: 4 Carr's crackers; 4 squares of swiss cheese
L: Lunch @ Jax Grill - veggie burger w/1/2 bun; handful of french fries w/ketchup
S: 1 square of dark chocolate
D: Probably nothing; not hungry and getting ready for tomorrow
D: Theres a place called Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I never tried it so I said hell why not.
I got a strawberrie smoothie made with nonfat yogurt and splenda
and a wrap. Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wrap it came with rice, chicken, asparagus, black beans, corn, onions, in a tortilla. It was good I ate half of it.
I didnt exercise except I went shopping so I walked a but eh. Tomorrow morning I will walk.
