Alright so i was doing grea****ching what i eat...exercising..

well woke up monday morning and in my lower back its hurting..i sit to pee and i want to just cry!! so needless to say i didnt work out yesterday..still in pain today..cant be in a good mood when you are hurting and cant get comfy no matter what you do..

the bad thing is..i dont even know what the heck i did...slept wrong i guess?? And i even took a break and didnt exercise this weekend...i did monday-friday last week and figured well i will take the weekend off...and now i'm hurting that i'm not working out..just a bummer..so anyways.. hope everyone else is doing good!!!

I am going to the doc here shortly for them to weigh me and take my blood pressure. I havent been drinking pop so lets hope my blood pressure is normal..and lets hope i have lost some weight!! I will let u know when i get home and can get online.

   Good luck at the doctor! Hope everything goes ok. That stinks about the pain in your back - did you hurt yourself exercising maybe? Be careful not to over do it. Good for you on not drinking pop - that's one hard habit to kick!

Stacey..  I understand your frustration..

What struck me is that you said how much it hurt when you sat to pee.  When my hip began giving me problems, I had a REALLY hard time sitting down on the toilet....  my lower back on the left side was excruciatingly painful...  could this be a problem with your hip?  Maybe sciatic nerve problems?

FUGGET the exercise for now....  it's more important to get some PT for whatever is causing so much pain (which in turn will provide a certain amount of exercise).  You gotta fix this FIRST or you could be jeopardizing your ability to exercise in the future.

 Seems to be a ltitle bit today..the nerve is what i am thinking too..bothers me when i reach up to grab somethng..it seems ifi just relax and keep this thing on my back i'm good..but i may have to break down and go to the chiropractor and get it taken care of so i can get back into exercising.

that will be cool if your bp is down! i too think kidney infection.  have you been drinking water toreplace the soda????

If this came outa the blue, bet it is an infection. Sleeping wrong usually feels better after a while after ya been up.

If an injury,. seems you would have had an immediate reaction. But contrary to what Mary says, i have been wrong about more important things!

I have been drinking water..or i will even drink some cranberry apple juice.i usually have a class of that everyday if its here..or cranberry grape.  I may go to the store here in alittle bit or have the hubby go and get me some juice..who knows what it is..if itsnot better soon i'll be going to the chiropractor..i've had this pain before when i was pregnant 6 yrs ago..they said my pelvis bone was out of place..but just weird how i woke up and hurt..we will see i will keep you posted!!

Is the smoke getting any better around your area?

well it was until today! I still went wogging, but it is kind of ugly. It was clear the past two days! booohooo.
