1 cup plain soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
1 peanut butter & sugar-free blackberry jam sandwich on multi-grain toast
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup Quick Mexican Chili
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
