1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
Romaine salad greens with sliced mushrooms, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, 2 Tbsps. honey mustard dressing
1-1/2 oz. box raisins
1 cup plain soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low
1 peanut butter & sugar-free blackberry jam sandwich on multi-grain toast
2 cups water

Dinner
1 cup Quick Mexican Chili
1 cup brown rice with 1 tsp. margarine
Strawberries
Diet root beer
