*I didn't exercise last night either but I have a valid reason
My sister's room is being repainted and all of her stuff is stuffed in my room and I had no room to unfold the treadmill on to the floor, so until her room is painted, I can't use my treadmill.  Sucks...

so far

2 whole eggs w/2 egg whites

2 small roasted chicken thighs


Exercise:  30 minutes eliptical.. 30 minutes treadmill on a 15 incline at 3.2
50 minutes weight training (supersets)

Later I'll go back to the gym and do more cardio.... Jon is out of town.. so I don't have to cook or do laundry or anything.. so I can take more extra time at the gym.

hahha.. I'm replying to myself

I ended up pigging out late night.....

I ate more eggs and I made that cheesecake thingie and instead of 1 serving, I ate like 4 servings.  OH.. also I ate some shaved turkey.

It was like an all night eating fest.... but I DID go back to the gym for another hard hour of cardio.

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1 small banana

S:  1 oz. beef jerky

L:  Salad - lettuce, 2 oz. turkey, 1 oz. cheese, 1 serving croutons, 1 TBSP balsamic vinaigrette dressing

On my way home from work, I was involved in a car accident - hit from behind (everyone is ok but my nerves are frazzled.  I was in a horrible accident just over a year ago and driving or riding in a car causes horrible anxiety for me).  I find Hummers disgusting but feel like that's the next vehicle I need to purchase so everyone will bounce OFF of me when they hit me.

D:  2 xanax; headed to a wine and panini bar after I walk the dog.  Who knows what I'll have?!

eww, i feel for you on the driving anxiety.  i have had anxiety issues myself over the years.  I hear  that an accident can really screw up your mind.

I tell you, I drive an altima now, rates pretty good for safety.  yes it costs more gas, but geesh, who can afford riding around on a roller skate. 

This may be one silver lining with the gas crisis - maybe people will all start to drive smaller lighter cars so we do not crucnh each other.

I hope you get along okay. Scary, it really is.

Thanks Neecee.  I never had anxiety until I was in that horrible car accident last year.  Now I'm a total hysterical freak in the car.
I walked to dinner last night and to the gym this a.m. so I wouldn't have to get in a car but the problem with Houston is that there are very few places one can walk, even in the inner city, because of the urban sprawl.
I doubt Texans will give up their gigantic suburbans and trucks even w/the high gas prices.  I guess I'll have to jump on the big bubba truck bandwagon in order to feel safe while driving.

L: 2 slices whole wheat bread, turkey, 2% cheese, light mayo (4 pts) 1 oz scoops w/ 1 serving WW shredded cheese (4 pts)
S: 2 servings reduced fat cheese nips (6 pts)
D: 1 serving Suddenly Salad (5 pts), 1 serving Chicken w/Apples and Cider (WW Cookbook Recipe - 8 pts)
Dessert: 1 Reduced Fat vanilla ice cream cone (3 pts)

Total: 30 total points

Exercise: Jillian's Shred DVD (25 min), Water Aerobics (45 min), Swam for fun (30 min) - Going to try to do 20 min of TurboJam before I go to bed

L: carb control yogurt with cottage cheese

S: small handful of almonds, mocha freeze at costco's.....oops

D: spinach quiche with chicken and salad

S:  "possibly" a healthy choice fudgesicle later on

didn't get enough veggies in today, tomorrow I'm gonna try to "veggy up".

D: 2 hotdogs on bun, star crunch, 2 caramels, 1 sierra mist

Exercise: walked to my mom's and home...all of a one block distance one way.
