I'm back....

I'm back.....here I go again. current weight 243. I joined a gym and for the last 2wks i've been trying really hard to lose the 7 lbs i gain the previous month. Basically working out 3-4 times a week 30 minutes on the elliptical and strength training. Drinking lots of water and watching what i eat. 34 days til my 41st birthday. i'm going to do my best to get to my 220 goal. Even if i only lose 10 lbs i'll be happy with that i did gain and lose.

HI Esther! Good to see you back.

If you mean you want to lose 23# in 34 days...eech....well just don't be real disappointed if you don't get there. Not sure you would really like how that may have to happen (starvation)!

There is no waaaaayyyyyy i'm going to starve myself LOL. 10 LBS would be nice HECK let's be honest 5 sounds good also. If i don't get to my goal, I'll just have to try harder to get there :)
