I'm back....
I'm back.....here I go again. current weight 243. I joined a gym and for the last 2wks i've been trying really hard to lose the 7 lbs i gain the previous month. Basically working out 3-4 times a week 30 minutes on the elliptical and strength training. Drinking lots of water and watching what i eat. 34 days til my 41st birthday. i'm going to do my best to get to my 220 goal. Even if i only lose 10 lbs i'll be happy with that i did gain and lose.
