What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
Lori, you've been on this rollercoast ride with fluid retention many times before. It always passes and will again. I know it's definitely frustrating though. Mary had some good ideas about going to the mall or something for the lastest make-up trends, etc. Getting a new hair-do can do wonders for our self esteem. Maybe something fresh would give you a better outlook.
You've come along way. I'm with Neecee on Jon. He wants to try and keep up where he wants to. Ask you daughter her opinion, definitely not him.

Hi Brenda:
I used to have before and after PS pics posted but I removed them. I've been thinking about posting them again. I might wait until after I'm done w/PS - 4th round is a minor procedure later this week; 5th and final round is scheduled for September 3.
I don't think I have any before weight loss photos (I never let anyone take my picture!).

And as for feeling like crap...... we all go through this. I just try to remember that the other person has days like that too. We are basically all the same fat or not. The ugly days will pass. I have a friend who puts a time limit on feeling down. ' I will feel bad about myself and hate the world for 2 hours..." and then she lays it on thick. The timer is set and by this time because she has been so focused on hate that she is sick. The timer goes off and that is it. No more pandering to pity.
I have tried it and it works.
