B: Yogurt w/Granola (320)
L: Pulled Pork Sandwich (500)
    Cucumber salad (50)
D: Not sure - I'll update later

*Exercise: 10 min on the treadmill

*Yes ME - I am going to get my fat ass on the treadmill tonight.  I'm starting at 10 minutes a night and I'll work it up from there.  Wish me luck!!

I walked a mile this morning with 3pound weights in the hands

L: 3/4 of a turkey sandwich, the dog got lucky and got to have the other 1/4, A serving of wheat thins with some colby jack cheese

D: Some grapes if anything.

Cardio Kickboxing class. Oh yea I am so flippin excited...and I am hitting the gym if I have time...for my normal, 20-30mins on the bike, 20-30mins on the elliptical, 5 minutes tops on the stair stepper...lol...and 10-15minutes on the tred

And a little bit of ab work out on the exercise ball....I'm crazy this week watch out!

B: 5-6pc thin bacon
S: 1 freeze pop, 6 toasted coconut marshmallows
L: sm bean and cheese burrito, .5c pineapple coconut sauce
S: 1 freeze pop
D: 1 can cream of chicken soup made with skim milk, 1 baked pork tenderloin
S: serving mini marshmallows, DOVE milk chocolate covered ice cream bar

Exercise: 1.5 hours swimming

B: 2 scrambled eggs w/FF cheddar cheese and 3 thin slices of canadian bacon

S: 1 sugar free jello

L: 2 oz boiled ham w/low fat provolone, 5 green olives, 4 celery stalks

S: 30 pistachios

D: going to be Tuna Salad on lettuce, 1 SF fudge pop.

Good luck with your exercise regimen.  It is THE key to weight loss/maintenance, IMO.

Exercise:  1 hour weight training w/trainer

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1 banana

S:  1 oz. beef jerky

L:  Salad - lettuce; 2 oz. turkey; 1/2 oz. cheese; 1 serving croutons; 1 TBSP balsamic vinaigrette dressing

S:  6 fresh strawberries

D:  Baked potato w/1 oz. cheese (I prefer them plain but try to eat at least some kind of protein w/every meal - YUCK!)

Will have some more protein later - either a protein shake or beef jerky.  Headed to the park to walk RoseBud and then will probably do the 3 mile loop too.

L: 1 quarter pounder w/o cheese and small fry  15 pts (Bad lunch-in a hurry)
D: Whole wheat angel hair pasta w/mushrooms, 1 Baked potato 9 pts
Dessert: 2 WW pecan clusters  2 pts
Total: 30 Pts

Exercise: Swam for fun (1.5 hours), TurboJam (12 min), Jillian's Shred (30 min)
