B: 2 cookies, 2c fruit punch
L: 2c spaghetti w/ meat sauce
D: 2 cheese hotdogs (no bun or condiments)
S: 3 freeze pops
S: 16oz blueberry cheesequake blizzard

Exercise:  3 mile loop @ park

B:  protein shake @ home

S:  5 fresh strawberries; 1 oz. cabot cheese

L:  1 cup beef w/pasta in light sauce

S:  4 pitettes, 1 TBSP jalapeno pimento cheese

D:  1 cup beef w/pasta in light sauce

Headed to park soon to walk dog; will probably have a snack later - sf popsicle or coffee

My day:

2 eggs sauteed with 2 small zukes, 2 shallots. ONE cup of nf milk. I was starting to do what you did with the two thing.

Anyway, i ate the egg thing over several hours, while cleaning house. The first part was with a chapati, later on i did have a whole grain bread with the rest of it.

One hour wog....NICE out today - smoke way in the distance!

Just now:  1 svg sun chips with salsa, few wg pretzels in cream cheese

will have 4 stiff gin and diet tonics

Supper:  grilled cheeseburger, veggies

B:  hot oat bran with blueberries
      2 slices turkey bacon
L:  grazing on 10 slices turkey pepperoni, 4 oz reduced fat cheese, 3 oz FF turkey, handful blueberries, 3 strawberries, 2 handfuls baked potato chips, celery sticks, radishes
D:  6 oz broiled salmon
      2 cups steamed broccoli
      1 portion antipasto salad with one slice salami, one black olive, salad and dressing...oh and a cube of delicious fontina cheese
S:  1 small square banana dessert made with reduced fat cream cheese, SF pudding and lite cool whip with banana and sprinkled nuts on top

No idea of calories today but did a lot better than I could have.  Company in from out of town and out to dinner and I'm proud of myself.

bad day for me......
B--4 eggs 3 slice bacon 2 br tst
S--1 cup pb iceream
L---2 smokies with 1 bun
D--1 cup canned salmon with celery and 1 T mayo
S-- home made susi roll made with 1 1/2c rice
I felt hunger all day and unable to fight my carb craving
very upset with myself ....... must be that time of the month.
