What did you eat today? 07/19
Hey Chicky,
When I was doing weigh****chers for a few weeks (like 8 weeks, I think) I wasn't eating NEARLY enough. So I bumped up my food and my weight stayed the same. So... I went back down with the qty, and my weight stayed the same. Basically, no matter what I do (eating more or less) my weight is staying the same. So I don't know if I should bother with a fill or not? It's only going to bring my calorie consumption down, and is that a good thing for me or not? No clue what to do...

I second Mary's sentiment - hell don't ask US! Have you spoken to your surgeon's office?
I also wonder if in your case it is about adding in more consistent exercise (NOT what you wanted to hear I know! LOL).
Yeah, you are not eating a lot of food...that is weird how you hang onto weight. annoying, right????

Janina:
Have you tried weight training? While I was losing my weight, the weight training gave me that "extra" boost.
I'm still celebrating my birthday so my food is not as good as usual.....
Exercise: 3 mile loop @ park
B: protein shake @ home
S: 1 oz. beef jerky while walking around the dog show (the dogs were REALLY interested in me with the beef jerky smell on my hands)
L: 4 pittetes (cracker sized pita pockets) w/4 slices cheddar cheese
D: Dinner @ Ruggles Grill - 2 pieces bread; vegetable plate - NOT lowfat or healthy - items on the plate include scalloped potatoes, grilled carrots, asparagus, corn, rice, zucchini, kebab w/potato, peppers, carrots, onions....plus two dipping sauces - 2 DIE 4!!; a few bites of coconut cream pie; 1 bellini
My birthday is only once a year (well actually twice ;-) and tomorrow's a new day.
