What did you eat today? 7/17
My jaws and face all the way up to my eye is killing me, plus a headache. Think I have Tmj. Anyone have any home remedies until I get in to the dentist tomorrow? Advil doesn't seem to be helping.
B: egg subs, mushrooms, three pieces turkey bacon, and v8 juice
L: lots of steamed broccoli, refried beans with little cheese, and a whole tomato.
D: bocca burger patty, cottage cheese, with green beans

Exercise: 3 mile loop @ the park
B: toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana
S: 6 Carr's crackers; 1 wedge laughing cow light cheese
L: 3 oz. baked chicken; 1/2 cup brown rice
S: 1 small bag skittles
D: 1 cup beef and pasta w/light sauce
B: 1cup oatmeal with 1/2c LF vanilla icream over it 350 cal
L: we had a pizza lunch at work... 2 L slices of Pepperoni and sausage pizza 510 cal
D: 2 cups of steamed broclli and 6 ozs of sirloin steak baked potato, 1oz ched cheese 475 cal
S: 1 cup sf/lf butterscotch pudding and whipped cream 200 cal
no exercize and no craveings
L: filet o' fish, fries and diet soda (Mc D's)
S: snack bag of potato skins
D: 1/3# cheeseburger (hardee's)
Exercise: Fast walking about 3/4 mile
Food has been bad for me this week. I have been doing lots of training and appts to get my school bus driver certification and have had NO money so Mom has been treating and she is a fast food junkie. I get weak and give in at these places. I'm going to work on getting back on track this weekend. I've got to do better.
I did lose 2# this week of the 6.5# I gained last week so I am feeling better but still not happy.
Fud today:
1 hi pro drink w/psyllium
1 hi pro hoc coco in coffee
L: 1 hi pro drink + 1/2 c olives in mayo + 1/2 piece bread whole grain
Nothing all afternoon...bad i know...
Snack late afternoon: /4 c bean with hb, little corn, 1/2 piece sourdough, 2 oz turkey, 1/2 oz cheese
I will eat some okra and tomatoes later - DH is making elk sausage etoufee - smells icky, plus my snack kind of took care of my hunger - just need some veggies to round out my day.
EDIT: add in 2 tbs brown rice with the okra, some black beans. Home from camp at 9:30, ate 1/2 c full fat german yogurt with one banana
No exercise! smoky out. Have to go out to work at a fire camp...me and several hundred firefighters in the woods....report at midnight!
B: Well made some oatmeal..mashed a banana up in it and put some flax seed..was able to take about 4 bites..and had to dump it. SO i made my normal that I know that i like my bean burrito. I'm just going to guess on calories about 170
S: Apple turnover yogurt 100 calories
L: Probably a cup of lettuce..cheese...vinegeratte dressing..and some strawberries..dont have a clue on calories...
D: Well had to go out of town..mother n law went with us..and we ate dinner at Ryans..So yeah i had 2 cookies..had like two bites of two different cakes..and didnt do to bad on dinner..but i left stuffed..which wasnt good..but hopefully it wasn't to bad..
What did help..
Execise today was 40mins of turbo sculpting (turbo jam)

D: small amt of chinese food- fried rice, beans, fried chicken (400)

Calories burned: 3.5 miles on treadmill at +2 incline= 300 calories
