Abstinence - 97th Day

Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup Puffed Millet cereal
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water

Lunch
1 can lentil soup (I had a hard time figuring out how to halve this because the first half of the soup that came out was mostly liquid, while the second part was mostly lentils.  I'll do better next time)
1 cup plain soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low and raspberries
1 Tofurky and vegan cheese sandwich with Vegenaise on 12-grain bread
2 cups water

Dinner
Leftover Red Lentil Surprise
1 cup whole grain pasta
Strawberries
1/2 can vegetable soup
Diet root beer

Evening Snack
2 Tofutti Cuties
