Hi Stacy! Good work on cutting out soda. I am anxious to see if it makes a difference in how you roll. Try hard to get past this first week! It does suck.

L: 1 hi pro drink in iced tea + 3 rye crakcers + 1 string cheese
Snack: 4 godiva chocolates - damn that salesman that brought us each in a mini-box...damn ME for opening it.
Supper: 3 oz baked turkey + 1 med sweet potato w/gravy + 2 c cherry tom salad with sweet onion
After supper a 45 minute walk
