L: home made chunky veg soup/ 4 ozs grilled garlic and pesto chicken breast,, (300) cal

S:  1 cup of lemon ciffon treat /made with sf jellow mixed with vanilla yougart,,(60) cal

D: 1 pita bread with  1 tablespoon garlic pasta sauce, topped with 2 oz shredded  tri cheese mix baked at 350

provolone/mozzeralla/parmesan. 10 turkey peperonini (260) cal

S;  2 cup broccili with LF ranch dressing. 1/4 cup (140) cal

excercise....30 brisk walk

      egg beater omelet with 1 oz shredded cheddar
S:  WW string cheese
      LS V8
      cucumbers and radishes
L:  leftover shrimp stir fry

D:  Dinner out....
      salad with oil & vinegar
      scallop and crab stuffed sole over escarole and white beans (absolutely delicious!)
      1 dinner roll...no butter
S:  McDonald's vanilla cone

Calories burned :  150 (1.8 mile walk)  I hate this hot weather!!!!

started off bad and got worse.

Plus NO exercise.

Hi Stacy!  Good work on cutting out soda.  I am anxious to see if it makes a difference in how you roll. Try hard to get past this first week! It does suck.

My food today:

1 hi pro cappacino

L:  1 hi pro drink in iced tea + 3 rye crakcers + 1 string cheese

Snack:  4 godiva chocolates - damn that salesman that brought us each in a mini-box...damn ME for opening it.

Supper: 3 oz baked turkey + 1 med sweet potato w/gravy + 2 c cherry tom salad with sweet onion
 
After supper a 45 minute walk

S:  two (oops) fudgesicles with peanut butter

close to 1500 calories I think?? to tired to double check....yawn, busy day!
