Weight loss Challenge
Alright...so...I want to try this weight loss challenge again. I didn't get to the weight that I wanted to last time so I am going to try this again. My husband and I are planning on making a trip in September to Oklahoma.. we use to live there..I have a friend turning 21 and it'd be nice to be with her for her 21st! Plus her little boys birthday is the day before hers. So I've got to lose some weight before we go there!! I have like a month and a half..her birthday is the 7th..so hopefully, maybe!! I can get under 300 and I'd like to be 280! Think its possible??
In six weeks, if you work out and stay on track with eating, you can realistically, and healthfully loose 6 pounds.
If you take something like Alli along with it, and stay the same coarse, you can loose an extra 4-6 pounds. (But Alli will onyl help if you stay the coarse)
The good news is..... If you are now 300 punds, you could defanitely get under 300 in 6 weeks time!!
The bad news is that you are already setting expectaions in your head...expectations that if not met, could lead to eating more.
The way you think about loosing weight has just as much to do with how you do it, so don't set unrealistic expectations that will lead to self sabotauge.
While 10 pounds would feel great to you, on a 300 pound frame (I know cause I was there), it won't make an instantaneous physical difference in how you look on the outside, and agin, I would be afraid that if you didn't make goal , the possibility for overindulging and throwing in the towel is greater thatn ever.
Do it for you, not for the trip, I promise you it's way more rewarding !! (easy to say, I know, but remeber I have been there, so I have a pretty good source)

haha!! You are one determined person!!! I am so hooked on turbojam!! It is something about it that i look forward to doing it..and enjoy every minute of it..some if it probably helps that Chalene is all skinny and cute..but she does keep you motivated through the workouts. Well you must have found your turbojam then...i will def. have to check out the site..thanks!!
