I dont know of a recipe section so please let me know if there is and I'll post there...

Jellow Soufle..

2package of SF jello any flavor you wish......

1 1/2 Cups ho****er

1 cup of ice

2 cups of  Sf or natural yougart

 mix ho****er and jello till dissovled... then I cup of ice till it gets wiggly..

add yougart till its all smooth..... frigerate for 2 hours.

its firmer than pudding but softer than jello....

only 50 cals for a 1/2 cup.... for me 1 cup cuts my craveing...

for low fat mock cheese cake....

2 cups full flavor  sourcream, its low carb

I package sf jello pudding.. vanilla or lemon work best

if you double the recipe add sf cheesecake pudding as well..with the lemon one..

1/2 cup crushed pineapple.......mix sourcream with pudding powder together

 omg its close to cheese cake with out the calories!!

spinkle  toasted craham crumbs on top.. or toasted coconut your choice..

The 2nd one..do you just mix it all together and then put the stuff on top? I'm a bit confused :) sorry!

OOps sorry Stacey . I edited it..... and yes you mix the sourcream with the dry pudding  powder....and let stand in the fridge 20 mins or so ... the flavours will blend in that way. and if you want it lighter you can mix in some ff cool whip ...... let me know if you like it...

and yes I have a few cheat recipes for sure:))
