Hour wog before work
B: 2 scrambled eggs in olive oil w/little grated cheese and one roma tomato + 1 c nf milk
S: 2 soy chicken nuggets + 1 small peach
L: 2 soy chix nuggets + 2 c raw spinach + 1 tbsp sunflower seeds + 1 tsp balsamic dressing + 2 oz turkey + 2 rye crackers
Snack: 2 mini bags m& ms peanut
Supper: 4 ounce hb patty with bleu cheese + 1/4 c guac + 1 svg chips
1 crumpet
1 banana
3 handfuls of fruit and nut mix
1/2 a biscuit (visiting a friend)
1 homemade toasted roll with egg (dry fried), lite ham, 1 Tabspn left over spaghetti sauce, heaps of lettuce, 1/2 sliced tomato, 1 slice lite cheese and BBQ sauce YUMMY
2 cups mixed veg
1/2 chicken breast fillet (grilled) in homemade soy, honey, ginger and lemon marinade
1 1/2 hour walk with the hounds.
