S: 1/2C. fiber cereal, smoothie: spinach, ginger root, carrot juice, hemp milk, frozen strawberries
D: Buckwheat pasta and Gardenburger mock meatballs in basil marinara sauce
I OD'd on diet soda BIG TIME yesterday, so I commit to no more than 1 more can today (2 total) as well :)
