Gosh thats not much at all is it??

B: Chocolate Vitatop (muffin top****d espresso wtih almond milk, water buffalo yogurt (plain)

L: Salad: Arugula, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, shaved raw beets, ham & roasted parsnips in honey-mustard dressing. 1 square (.35 ounces) mint dark chocolate

S: 1/2C. fiber cereal, smoothie: spinach, ginger root, carrot juice, hemp milk, frozen strawberries

D: Buckwheat pasta and Gardenburger mock meatballs in basil marinara sauce

I OD'd on diet soda BIG TIME yesterday, so I commit to no more than 1 more can today (2 total) as well :)

L:  salad with 2 tbsp dressing (150) french fries (200) fried clams (250) bite of cornbread (50)

D:  lobster salad (200), a few tortilla chips with cream cheese (100) almonds (100), 1 oz pasta with butter and cheese (200)

Exercise 3.4 miles on treadmill mostly at 3.3 mph and +2 incline - calories burned 330

Hopefully this works tonight.  I tried posting twice last night before giving up.  Not sure if was me or the OH website!

Exercise:  3 mile loop @ park

B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1/2 banana; 4 fresh strawberries

S:  2 oz. beef jerky

L:  large bowl of minestrone soup and greek salad @ NY Pizzeria

S:  1 red velvet birthday cupcake

D:  grilled chicken salad - 3 oz. grilled chicken; 2 cups lettuce; 6 croutons; 2 TBSP balsamic vinaigrette dressing
