What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?
AWWWE...Its my friend Mary :) Well I did a post already on this but I did a workout tape thats 40 mins that I have never been able to make through..well i say never..i have tried twice! But i made it through it today..AND then put in another 20 min tape..and did about 15mins of it! I feelllll great!!! Being really ticked off...and just working out ..it keeps you going or did me!!
Well I went to my ex's house and actually held a half way normal conversation, trying to remain calm (I hate the man worth a passion). That is until he made a comment to my daughter that "where does your money go, obviously not on clothes", as he was looking at her up and down. Mind you she just got out of school and a four hour gym class. AND he hasn't seen her in pretty much years. He sees her for a total of like ten seconds every year. Gawed I have no idea what I saw in that man. How wonder I'm 300 pounds and have anxiety issues! After that I made a fast exit before I found something to hit the man with. Things would of been flyin'. So I'm proud I kept my cool.
Other than that I applied massive places online again. Did one test one company made me do, it took me an hour and a half! I better get a damn interview there after I put all that effort into it!
OK, so now we know the rest of the story. The reason for your anxieties over being deprived of certain foods is cuz your X is an insensitive lout! We're definitely going to have to dig deeper.
But at least you had a victory over him because you don't let him control your reactions. And you didn't throw anything!
