What did you eat today? 07/14
Hard day as went out for dinner for sushi and just had a hard time counting. Also a small drink and bread before...but, I stopped before I was very full and I"m going to feel good about that.
B: banana bread (150), 1/2 mint mocha frappucino light (100), yogurt with granola (200)
L: small piece pizza (100), turkey sandwich (400), potato chips (250)
D: bread (150), drink (150) sushi (600)
Calories 2100
Exercise: 35 minutes walking -calories burned 150
B: 1 cup 2% milk, one muffin ( loaded with fat and not particularly good I must say )
L. Lettuce and 1 small tomato, 1 grapefruit, 2 slices brownies ( yeah!! that was bad )
D. 2 cups stew. and about 2 cups of cherries.
Lotsa water.
Exercise 40 minutes of bike
Running up and down the stairs at work like a maniac.
