Let's try this again. No pointless snacking!

B: 1/2 Grapefruit, iced espresso with hemp milk

L: Salad: Arugula, cucumber, black beans, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, and ham with honey-mustard dressing

S: 1/2 Grapefruit, about 3/4 ounce almonds

D: Cream cheese sandwich, roasted broccoli

Dessert: Hostess cupcake and ice cream dots

B:bean burrito....refried beans...a whole wheat tortilla/water

L: same thing as breakfas****er

S: Half of a diet pepsi

D: Seasoned french fries..meatballs with marinara sauce on hawaiian sweet sandwich roll with a slice of provolone cheese and a extra slice of cheese

Calories: 1205

S: if i have one before i go to bed..will either be jello...or canteloupe

Hmm meatballs sound yummy! I think I am gonna snatch some venison from my parents and make me some meatballs...I can just dip em in some ketchup or BBQ yea yea I know there are carbs but Im ok with it :) YUM MEATBALLS! lol.

Ok I didn't eat all day except I made some dinner. I'm trying to stick with mostly veggies, even if the veggies have carbs im good with that too. But I am staying clear of like bread, pasta, potatoe...that veggie is not ok lol.

 

Ok so Dinner was veggie stir fry.

Broccoli, baby corn, bean sprouts acting as rice/noodles lol, water chesnuts and a little green onion with sweet and sour sauce. No rice. It was good...I didnt eat much of it but it was good I made enough for a couple days. Oh yea I had some sweet and sour sauce with it.

But I need some help, I am gonna make some guacamole because well I freakin love it lol...what can I eat it with? Celery? wooo I could put it on cucumber right? Hmm..Help? :) No crackers, no chips...any ideas?

 

Oh I walked this morning Yay. And right now I am going to go tanning...not that I need it..pfft Im freakin black lol and then going to the gym for a couple of hours.

You say no chips..have you tried the baked chips?? I ate those everyday in the past with a sandwich for lunch and lost weight! You could also make your own tortilla chips..i know you want to stay away from breads..but get a whole wheat tortilla..pampered chef has those stones..cut the tortilla up..bake it..and you have your own tortlla chips that would be better then the store bought ones!!

 

Just remember..its all in modertion! But i too LOVE guacamole!

B:  2 slices turkey bacon

      egg beater omelet with broccoli and shredded cheddar

S:  2 WW string cheese

L:  salad with red leaf romaine, 1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese, 1 HB egg, 2 Tbsp lite balsamic vinegarette

S:  1 cup steamed broccoli with 1/2 oz shredded cheddar

      2 small gherkin cucumbers

D:  5 oz grilled ribeye steak

      steamed veggies...yellow squash, onions, mushrooms, snap peas

      2 ears corn

I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I feel like I overate.

30 minutes eliptical

B: egg cream

Snack:  1 small protein bar

L:  3 oz tuna + 2 tsp mayo + 1 big pickle + 1/2 slice ezeke bread + 1 c hi pro soup

Snack:  big red pear, fresh

Supper: beef kabobs, lots of veggies, fresh spinach w/dressing and cherry toms
