Lunch
Spinach salad with sliced mushrooms, small tomato slices, baby carrots, a handful of almonds, with fat-free Caesar dressing; 1 cup plain soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low; 9 prunes; 1 Tofurky & vegan cheese sandwich with Vegenaise on 12-grain bread; 2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin; 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & soy milk; 1/2 can light fruit ****tail, drained; 1/2 can New England clam chowder; 1-1/2 cups soy milk
Evening Snack
2 chocolate graham crackers
