Okay, I'm starting tonight....hope everyone had a good weekend.
B: small amt of banana bread (100), fruit (100), eggs/cheese/avocado/2 slices bread (500)
L: none (breakfast late)
S: one small piece of maple sugar candy (50)
D: bread and olive oil (200), ceasar salad (200), french fries (200), chicken with cheese and bbq sauce (350)
Calories 1700
Exercise 3.7 mile walk/hike - calories burned (350)
I LOVE banana bread! I've got a group getting over ripe right now..... gonna make some nice banana raisin for the child. :)

B: toasted whole wheat english muffin, 1 TBSP peanut butter, 1 banana, 6 fresh strawberries
S: 4 Carr's crackers, 1 TBSP jalapeno pimento cheese
L: Grilled chicken and vegetables @ Beck's Prime
S: 1 cup chocolate cinnamon ice cream
D: 4 Carr's crackers, 4 squares cheddar cheese, about 15 fresh strawberries
B: Apple, soy yogurt with agave, iced espresso with almond milk
L: grilled sandwich with cheddar, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado and ham, steamed spinach
S: Popcorn, another apple Because I wasn't even hungry.
D: steamed beets & turnips, (Amy's) tamale pie
Dessert: Hostess cupcake + ice cream dots
S: 1 1/2 cups cereal Again, because I wasn't hungry!
