1 banana, 1 whole grain bagel with margarine; 1 cup soy milk; 1 cup hazelnut coffee; 1/2 cup scrambled egg substitute; 2 cups water
Lunch
Italian breaded chicken; macaroni & cheese; green beans; pineapple chunks; 1 sprouted wheat hamburger bun, plain; 1 cup plain soy yogurt with Sweet 'N Low; 2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup whole grain spaghetti with marinara sauce plus 6 tiny veggie meatballs; 1/2 cup vegetable soup; 1/4 cantaloupe; diet root beer
Evening Snack
Popcorn; 1 large Slimfast bar; 2 cups water

4 small buckwheat pancakes with margarine & sugar-free syrup; 3 veggie sausage links, browned; 1 cup soy milk; 1 cup grapefruit juice; 1 cup hazelnut coffee; 2 cups water\
Lunch
Cornmeal mush; 1 cup soy milk
Dinner
Either 1 steak; 1 cup mashed potatoes; 1/2 can vegetable soup; Crystal Light peach ice tea; or rotisserie chicken leg & wing with skin; 1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine & soy milk; 1/2 can light fruit ****tail, drained; 1/2 can New England clam chowder; 1-1/2 cups soy milk
Evening Snack
2 chocolate graham crackers
