Oh, my God- it has slipped my mind (hmmm...really not trying to hide), but I know up until late lunch I'd had 700 calories, then L: 1/2 frozen pizza (300), D: veggie burger with cheese (300), a few french fries (100), one boneless buffalo wing with blue cheese dressing (200)
total calories: 1600
exercise: 3.3 miles on the treadmill at 1.5 incline and 3.3 mph (about 350 calories burned)

Oh.. woobie, that pecan praline ice cream sounds MIGHTY fine! YUM. I don't know if I would have gone for it, but I KNOW I couldn't have stopped at THREE peanut m&m's (those are my favorite).
B. I fried up some bacon and ground sausage and threw a whole egg and an eggwhite in there and had a small portion of it. Um... very small (but every bite counts)
L. One ste *** and 1 whole egg
Dinner, snack.. whatever: 3 small roasted chicken thighs

L: Salad @ Black Walnut Cafe - lettuce, grilled chicken, green apples, crumbled roquefort cheese, walnuts - NO dressing; 1 breadstick
S: 1/2 red velvet cupcake; 1/2 chocolate cupcake
D: 1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn; 10 fresh strawberries
B: Smoothie with baby spinach, frozen strawberries, ginger root and almond milk. 1/2 hemp bagel with 1 tablespoon cream cheese, blac****d coffee
L: Chicken breast over salad (dandelion greens, mustard greens, mixed sprouts, red bell pepper, jicama, cucumber, avocado) with honey-mustard dressing
S: Hummus and sun-dried tomatoes
D: Steamed red cabbage and summer squash with butter, 1 1/2 cups Tuscan bean & rice soup (Amy's)
Dessert: Hostess cupcake with ice cream dots! (I kind of want this for breakfast tomorrow morning...but I know better. I think.)
