L: 1c cream of broccoli, 3-4oz turkey w/ 2slices cheese and 2 slices bacon
S: 1sm thin mint blizzard
D: 1/4c chicken salad on 1pc ww toast, 1/2c cottage cheese
S: plum, peach, 20 grapes, 15 dill pringles
Exercise: none
Confession: I went on a sweets binge last night. I know I shouldn't have but I did. 1 little debbie smores, a handful of coconut taffies, and about 6 mary jane's throught out the evening. It was a huge boo boo but I feel like I can refocus now. Last night I gave into my mood and literally "fed" into it.
B: Iced espresso with soy milk and a Luna Bar
L: Salad of mixed greens from the farmers' market (mustard greens, sunflower shoots, etc.), cucumber, jicama, and kiwi in honey-mustard vinaigrette, 1/2 Sandwich of hummus and veggie ham
S: Dragon fruit drizzled with agave nectar
D: (Yet to be eaten) Chicken breast with steamed purple cabbage and summer squash
Dessert: ??
Going out for a wee bit tonight, so I might add a beer in there if the mood strikes.

B: 2 pieces whole wheat toast; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 2 sips of a mocha frappucino light (tossed the rest of it)
S: 1 wedge light laughing cow cheese; 4 Carrs crackers
L: Ate out today - not the greatest meal but a healthy choice for a cuban/mexican restaurant - black bean soup w/salsa and white rice (about a half cup rice, 1 cup black beans and about a half cup of salsa); 20 chips
S: 1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn
D: 4 Carrs crackers; 4 slices cheddar cheese
About to head out to the park to walk my dog, bring her home and then back to the park to do the 3-mile loop.

no roll.....they looked delicious too
