B:  3 slices turkey bacon S:  2 HB eggs L:  1 cup chicken salad       WW string cheese S:  14 almonds       1/4 head boiled cabbage with .5 oz shredded cheddar D:  6 oz grilled pork chop       10 stalks steamed asparagus       2 c. steamed broccoli S:  protein shake later 1540 calories

Exercise:  1 hr weight training w/my trainer B:  toasted whole wheat english muffin; 1 TBSP peanut butter; 1 oz. almonds S:  1 oz. beef jerky S:  2 miniature reese's L:  chicken from a healthy choice meal (discarded the rice) YUCK!!; salad - lettuce; crumbled bleu cheese; balsamic vinaigrette dressing; 2 bites bread S:  1 bag of 100 calorie white cheddar popcorn D:  6 crackers; 6 slices cheddar cheese; sugar free popsicle Headed to park to walk dog

B: 3 ww cheese crackers (100) L: none D: Let's just say...CHINESE BUFFET!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn buffets and I was starving and at the mercy of my parents for supper. Not a good combo.  Writing today off as a total utter and complete loss.

B: several almond m&ms, about 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter with 1 tbsp jam, 1/4 cup pasta with butter and cheese(not a good start) (500 calories), L: 1/4 spinach and feta crossiant (100) gazpacho (100), lobster salad (300), S: potato chips (100) D: mexican- as few chips and salsa and guac as possible, small amount of burrito, a bit of salad, a bit of rice and refried beans (about 600). Exercise 50 minute walk this morning, about fifteen to twenty minute walk tonight. hard day.

Worst food day for a long time. But I did exercise and then worked in the garden for an hour. Stopped eating about 3 hours ago.  Drank lots of water. tomorrow is another day.

I didn't have a good food day at ALL!  I ate out of sheer boredom. 2 stea**** w/peppers and onions on a plate w/some melted cheddar a serving size spoonful of the same thing a little later on a few pieces of leftover turkey 1 slice of provolone about 10 jumbo black olives 1 little cube of sharp provolone a sugar free jello w/whipped cream a beef hot dog on a plate with mustard pick pick pick pick pick... and only the first meal was because I was actually hungry. Did an hour on the eliptical - worked my legs REAL hard for 45 minutes w/weights - then did another 45 minutes of cardio Was going to go BACK to the gym around 3:00pm to keep myself from picking, but the heavens opened up big time and my mustang doesn't do well on the road in the rain....   Eventually I took some tylenol PM's to try to knock myself out - and that's why I'm up writing this at 3:00 in the morning.. lol
