Abstinence - 91st Day
Breakfast

1 cup Cream of Wheat
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
1 apple
1 can lentil soup*
1 cup plain soy yogurt
1 peanut butter & sugar-free blackberry jam sandwich on 12-grain bread
2 cups water
*I decided to check how many servings are in a Progresso can of lentil soup. It's two servings, people! I've been eating enough soup for two people, every day! Same goes for the vegetable soup at dinner time! I need to read labels more often. This will save me money on buying cans of soup. I'll only have to buy 1/2 as much as I did before. Great discovery!
Dinner
1-1/2 cups Spaghetti Supreme sauce
4 veggie meatballs
1 cup whole grain spaghetti
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1/2 can vegetarian vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea

Thats funny about the soup..I picked up a can of potato soup the other day..and I looked at the label and it said two servings.I believe a serving was a cup maybe? Or 1/2 cup something like that. I ended up putting it back. But glad that you discovered that!! It will save on your grocery bill and I am sure you were taking in more calories then you realized. But hey at least you realized the serving now :)
