What Have You Done Today to Make You Feel Proud?

This may be an odd thing to be proud of, but I put up the before and after pics of my Juvaderm procedure on my profile for the plastics board.  Everybody there just has to see everything...we're a nosy bunch! But it makes me proud because when I was morbidly obese, I absolutely HATED any pictures of me.  I still do.  But at least I am stepping out now to MAKE myself get over it because I believe it's important to break all of the holds that obesity had over me.  There is nothing the former fat girl in my head can stop me from doing!   Ha!  She's not the boss of me! I'm proud I didn't eat the whole bag of potato chips or the whole bag of candy! (see food journal post) Nosy?  Moi?  When do I get to see the pics of the high falutin' boobs? Lookin' fab, GF! K

See what I'm sayin'?  Nosy!  And a little pushy, too!  I'm working on the boob shots but I have to figure out the timer on that damned high tech camera.  Could be years! Yeah, I saw what you ate...I think you done good.  They were BITE SIZED, afterall.  Now if you were like Chris, they would have been KING SIZED and sitting in ice cream! Thanks, Mary
